Gifted Equines officially launched in May 2024 and quickly gained traction among animal welfare organisations across the UK. Throughout the year, we had the privilege of collaborating with a range of inspiring charities—each helping to shape and refine the platform into the powerful tool it is today
By October 2024, the success of Gifted Equines sparked the idea for Gifted Animals. Just a few months later, in early 2025, the platform was ready and by April, we proudly welcomed our first Gifted Animals customer.
Today, alongside Westwood Forster our devlopment partner we’re supporting a growing community of welfare organisations and continue to deliver live demos to teams of all sizes—each discovering how Gifted Tech can transform their operations.

Dale Gedge
The founder of Gifted Tech and the visionary behind Gifted Animals & Gifted Equines.
With over 30 years in IT leadership at World Horse Welfare, Dale has been at the forefront of digital transformation for equine and animal welfare.
That mission led to the creation of Gifted Equines, a platform designed to replace paper trails and scattered spreadsheets with a smart, accessible, cloud-based solution.
Gifted provides instant access to the data where its needed. The practical and intuitive user friendly interface improves care for animals and collaboration for people.
Now, through Gifted Tech, we’re expanding that vision.
Working with experts in the field from our expanding list of clients and through Gifted Equines and Gifted Animals, we are bulding in more new modules, features and advanced fuctionality that helps people do more good for the animals they care for.
Lisa Gedge
Fundraising & Database Specialist with 30 years experience with a world leading animal charity.
Lisa Gedge played a pivotal role at World Horse Welfare, serving as the primary contact for the fundraising database and data records. Responsible for training staff around the UK in all 4 centres.
With a deep commitment to equine welfare and a sharp eye for operational efficiency, Lisa ensured that donor engagement and data systems work seamlessly to support the charity’s mission.
Her expertise helped to drive impactful fundraising campaigns, maintain accurate and secure donor records, and support the charity’s broader goals of improving horse welfare both in the UK and internationally.
Lisa’s work was instrumental in connecting compassionate supporters with the horses who need them most, ensuring every contribution is maximised for long-term impact.
Lisa was head of the supporter services team and working directly to the Director of fundraising and closely with the marketing and communications teams to produce database segmentations.
